Maintenance & Repairs: You have the right to live in a safe & habitable apartment. Your landlord has a duty to maintain the property in reasonably good condition and repair damages or problems that affect the health, safety, or habitability of your apartment.
Landlord Access: Unless it’s an emergency, if your landlord fails to give you 24 hours notice before coming over, you can refuse to grant access and ask that he/she come back at another time.
