No. Your landlord cannot enter your apartment without notice. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. Landlords can enter without notice if there is an emergency and notifying you would be nearly impossible. Your lease may have a term that allows your landlord to enter without notice. Make sure you read your lease carefully and address those issues with your landlord before signing.
