Yes. Most leases have a joint and several liability term making each roommate responsible for the entire rent. That means if one of your roommates doesn’t pay his rent, your landlord can evict every roommate unless the rent is paid in full within the time frame stated in the notice. However, whether to hold everyone responsible for one roommates failure to pay, is up to your landlord.
